Returns & Substitutions Policy

At Green & Green, your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your Green & Green gift arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements.

All merchandise must be returned to the following address:

Please note that refunds are issued only to the original purchaser.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute products with similar items of equal or greater value due to availability, seasonality, or supplier limitations. Any substitutions will maintain the overall quality and presentation of the gift.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability and the shipping method selected. Depending on the courier service, delivery estimates may appear during checkout.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to avoid delays.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. In accordance with courier policies, product weights may be rounded up to the next full pound for shipping calculations.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to customs clearance and inspection by the destination country’s authorities. Import duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply once the shipment arrives and is assessed by local customs.

Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing times may vary and may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.

Delivery Policy

Before delivery, we will contact the recipient to confirm the delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the gift.

If the recipient or customer requests that the package be left at the door, they assume full responsibility for the package. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged items in these cases.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but preferred delivery time frames may be requested during checkout.

In-store pickup is also available.

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for return courier fees, re-shipping charges, and any applicable handling fees.

Same-Day Delivery (Greater Vancouver)

Same-day delivery is available within Greater Vancouver for orders placed before 11:00 AM local time, subject to product availability.

Delivery is also dependent on confirmation of the recipient’s address and availability prior to dispatch. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
