We reserve the right to substitute gift basket products for others of equal or greater value.
Return Policy
At Green & Green, we care about your satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your Green & Green gift arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements. An authorisation code is required from Green & Green for your return.
Intact food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns.

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Possible Additional Fees
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, there will be an "Incorrect Address" fee ($5–$15) invoiced separately.
Note: This does not apply if the recipient requests delivery to a different address (e.g., from home to office).
Multiple Trips for Local Deliveries
If multiple trips are required, a $10.50 charge will apply for each additional attempt.
Box Fee
A $7.50 box and packing fee is included in out-of-town deliveries.
Out-of-Town Residential Deliveries
A $2.50 residential fee applies to out-of-town home deliveries. To avoid this, please use a business address when possible.
Delivery Policy
We will contact the recipient to confirm the delivery address and ensure someone is available to accept the gift. If the recipient/customer requests to leave the gift at the door, they will assume all liability. We are not responsible for missing or faulty product in such cases.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but time frames can be requested during checkout. In-store pickup is also available.
