Thanksgiving….

Thanksgiving is next weekend, October 8th. Since 1957, Thanksgiving in Canada has been a holiday celebrated on the second Monday of October. Thinking of having turkey next weekend? Brined roast turkey and gravy is my favorite. When invited, this Thanksgiving, please remember to bring something for the host.
