Forged s/s blade with intricately carved handle made of fine, lead free pewter. 

This intricately carved Eagle handle is made of fine, lead free pewter. The blade is a forged stainless steel and can be sharpened for many years of quality use. Beautifully balanced, this knife is perfect for your cheese or purchases a set as steak knives. The Eagle is generally seen as a symbol of power of knowledge, prestige, friendship and peace. The Eagle is one of the two main Haida crests, the other being the Raven. This perfectly balanced knife is a pleasure to use and a wonderful gifting item. Pewter does not tarnish like silver. Wash by hand with mild soap and water. Never place in dishwasher as the detergents are to corrosive for this fine metal.
