About the Wine

Nichol Vineyard Okanagan Valley Pinot Gris

Clear and youthful with a very slight straw hue. This vintage retained very little colour despite 36 hours of skin contact prior to ferment Aromas of fuzzy peaches, apricot skin, and grapefruit . Medium bodied with citrus pith and apricot pits and lemon curd on the dry but rich palate. Very versatile food companion - from soft cheese to roast chicken and salmon.

Narrative by Okanagan Crush Pad Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from organic vineyards in Kaledon and Osoyoos. The wine was fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 10 months. Flavours of red fruit coupled with an elegant mid-palate weight and supple finish.
