Here we are, merging into the oh so wet rain season. Vancouver is called Raincouver for a reason. Each year, we get an average of 50.5 inches of rainfall. Although November is the month that we have the most rainfall, we still get our fair share in Spring. 

Staying dry is the first key to illness prevention during these cold months. You might think that an umbrella is an umbrella, how much can they change over the years. But sometimes it’s the little changes that make our life so much easier. For one, who can say no to folded umbrellas? They are so handy to stow away in your bag and briefcase. Only problem is that they usually are too small and can’t stay up to the wind. For the heavy rainstorm that we get, full-sized umbrellas make much more sense. Here are some of our favorite designs.
